    When your car needs something fixed or altered, do you usually take it to the dealer or a local mechanic?

    Usually a garage. Dealerships are a rip off unless the car is under warranty.

    I used to go to a garage but then buying new cars all I have had to do was maintenance so I bring that to the dealership.

    I take it to a friend(s). I've been blessed to have friends who know their way around vehicles and have worked or are working as a mechanic. They often do side jobs outside a garage and give me great deals.
