| They say drink alot of OJ when your sick but it makes me feel worse I think. Makes my throat scratchier. Is there a food that gotta stay away from when your sick cause it makes you worse? | |

| When I have a sore throat, drinking OJ soothes my throat.
I don't what foods make being sick worse for me, I stick to soups and liquids I know that won't make me feel worse. | |

But foods that make it worse.... I guess peanuts. I've developed an intolerance for peanuts but still eat peanut butter and pistachios. And then I pay for it by getting sick!!! | |

| two things... Andes Candies Mints and Hi-C strawberry. As a child i had both when sick, and now when I smell either of them, I literally hurl. The Hi-C reaction is sooo bad... that when I first tasted Snapple Kiwi Strawberry--- Well.. u just dont want to know  | |
