Walter Bricker 2nd of Pine Hill told police he lost $1,400 during the incident at the LaCascata apartment complex shortly before 3 p.m. Saturday. Bricker said he was robbed by a man and woman while attempting to buy drugs, according to a police account.
Police found a suspect, Valerie Walters of Gloucester Township, in the area and took her in for questioning. Investigators then determined Walters and Anthony Truitt of Camden allegedly robbed Bricker at knifepoint.
Truitt was later arrested by Lindenwold police.
Walters and Truitt were charged with robbery and weapons offenses, police said. They were held in Camden County Jail on $100,000 bail.
Bricker was charged with criminal attempt to possess and distribute a controlled dangerous substance, police said.
