I had the most memorable B'day in November this year with my new friend who seems to be crazy about me. 
(Even tho I just turned 68, I felt so young at this moment)
He sends me an e-mail from Milano, including one this morning saying he misses me and plans to be back in the states in March.

It was a good November,all my Xmas shopping is finished , most of it wrapped and 2 boxes were shipped off, the last one this morning. My husband had cataract surgery almost a week ago and his vision has improved greatly so we are both happy. My only complaint will be that the stores will be crammed with people from now until Xmas because they forgot it comes every year at the end of December.

Suzi, I am glad the surgery went well for your husband. My dad had it two years ago and he was so happy after. And, man you are on the ball with getting gifts purchased and wrapped! Wish I could say the same!

My November was so boring that it pretty much sucked. I'm not all that into this Xmas season either and am more looking forward to the new year.

it was a lot better than 2011!! The beginning had remnants of that god forsaken year... but it has gotten much better...
NOW.. if the damn army could just let my man come home in Jan/Feb like scheduled.. well--- you probably wont hear from me for awhile... you might hear thunders roar, and feel the earth move.. but i wont be typing lol
