Do you still have any food left over from Thanksgiving? I still have some ham and turkey in my freezer.

No, that's long gone. I hope everything that wasn't frozen was chucked long ago! I never got around to starting a topic for people to post left over recipes. Maybe for Christmas.

I have a little bag of frozen turkey. Enough for a small casserole.

Yeah but nothing I'm gonna eat. It will probably be thrown out before it's defrosted.

Seems a few of you have some turkey chillin' in the freezer. I don't think we've ever done that. It always winds up in soup or pot pie. Only turkey in our freezer is uncooked.

I still have a bit of turkey in the freezer, and some turkey broth that I made from the bones , skin the bits left on the carcass. I will use the broth that I boiled down to help make gravy for Christmas dinner.

No all that mess is gone now. I devoured the rest of it the next day.
