How do you feel about leftovers? Personally, I'm not a fan and prefer to just make enough for the day; but sometimes that's not rational. How do you feel about leftovers, do you have a refrigerator/freezer full of food made the other day?

Only if it's one day over. I don't do leftovers from three, four and five days ago.

Sometimes food is actually better the next day. Meatloaf, chili...and pizza is good no matter what.

As a working person that has little time to cook, I don't mind leftovers but not from like last week LOL.

It all depends, leftover meatloaf and mashed potatoes, it's good, leftover fried chicken, better, but leftover spaghetti or leftover tuna and noodles?

Yeah, I like leftovers. Not eating them is just too wasteful. I got a Food Saver for Christmas, so now, I am making extra on purpose to freeze. So far so good.

No because rigor has set in and it's not fresh no more. Nothing worse than cold leftover pizza or chicken. Even after you heat it up....the original thrill is gone.
