I'm bad with it. Sometimes I'll go a week or even weeks without checking my email. Part of the reason why is because I have too many email accounts set up that I almost don't have a "main" one.

Not frequently enough....probably every other day. In fact, just prior to logging on here, I checked my email and saw that I damn near missed an opportunity for overtime....I was supposed to respond no later than yesterday if I was interested.

I check it a minimum of twice a day. Sometime when I wake up in the morning but always when I come home from work in the afternoon and before I got to bed at night.

Several times a day. I get a lot of email but get tired of all the repeated jokes and political junk that comes thru each day. I have a big family and many friends so email is a way of keeping in touch and I am always looking forward to their emails.
