If the person you were with needed or wanted to move away from your area, would you follow them out of town, do the long distance thing or break up?

If we were really serious, I'd consider going with him. If not, I'd try the long distance thing and seeing where it goes from there. Whether it'll eventually lead to a break up will remain to be seen.

Jim and I were carefree in the '70s and moved around a lot. We just decided we were tired of one place and stayed for a while in another. Lived in New Orleans, Miami, Pittsburgh, and a little while in Charleston SC.

Brenda and I moved around a lot, from New Orleans to Gainesville FL, then Miami then back to Gainesville then back to Miami. Some of the moves were my idea others were hers. It was no big deal, seems to be a nomadic lifestyle.

It would depend on the location and what the opportunity was.

When all is said and done, I'll follow my wife anywhere, but her reasons would still need to be compelling in order to avoid a fight.

It needs to be a good reason though...and a decent location. If you gotta do a residency or a really important gig in West Bubblefuck, Idaho, okay....but if you trying to go out there to be all adventurous and shit, then nah. Phone sex baby.

There would have to be a good reason to follow but I am not opposed to the idea.
