I work in an office and get off on holidays. There were other places I have worked in the past as direct care staff in hospitals, group homes or as a police patrolman when I had to work holidays if they fell on my shift.

No. 1/2 day Xmas Eve but I'm off 12/25. Even when I worked in retail we were closed.

Yes, but very early. I go in at six in the morning and will get off at twelve.

No I'm off Christmas day, but I have to work New Years. However, it's always so slow that they usually send people home early. So my plan is to sign up for leave time. The last time I worked a New Years day, I wasn't even there an hour.

I'm working Christmas eve into Christmas morning and am scheduled to my usual 4am end time. It will probably be slow though so there's a chance I'll get off earlier.
