I don't have any DVD's, but I have seen the bargain/discount bins, and there are some good stuff.

I only did one time. There was a cheesy, old school motocross movie in the dollar bin. I usually don't have the patience to dig through the bins.

I usually get my DVDs on-line but I've found a few bargains in a bin.

Umm, maybe about 4 or 5. I largely don't even bother with DVD bins. I only buy DVD/Blu-ray of movies that I know I'm going to watch more than once and I already have most of those. With Netflix out now, I truly don't need to.
