| Have you ever had Ricotta Ball Soup? My sister makes it, had it last night, its deeeeeeelicious. She puts more vegetables in it than is in this pic: | |

| Ricotta ball? :O I never knew dumplings were able to be made with Ricotta. I usually just have the similar looking Matzoh ball. But yeah, anything with ricotta must be delic. | |

The ricotta balls are made from 1 small container of Ricotta with 2 cups flavored bread crumbs, grated cheese and 2 eggs. You mix it up like you were making meatballs. You have to wet your hands in order to roll the mix up into balls. Put them in the soup and let them simmer for about half hour. My sister serves it over rice or ditalini pasta. | |
