| After a good sitting session in the bathroom, you go to reach over and finish the deed when BOOM! Lo and behold, the roll is empty! What do you do? How do you proceed? At the risk of providing too much information, and not really caring that I will, generally I just reach under the vanity and pull out another roll for just such occassions. However if I happen to have forgotten to store any there I have to go the the hall closet and get one.
The worst is when it happens in a public restroom I imagine. Since I would be paranoid about it happening in the public restroom, I probably would check first before I sit.
So how about yourselves? What do you do in such a situation?

| Never had that happen in a public toilet. That's the second thing I check. The first being if the previous occupant flushed. | |

| Hey, I've been to rural India - they don't use paper. In a private BR I would clean myself with soap & water from the sink.
But a good workman knows - first thing before sitting down to work is make sure all tools needed are available.

| This borders on T.M.I., I know, but if I am downstairs, I waddle to the closet for a baby wipe. Upstairs, I keep all the extra t.p., so I'm good. | |

| Never happened in a public toilet for me as well. I make sure to check.
If I'm at home alone and I just so happen to run out of tp in my own bathroom, I will waddle (like Red) on over to my roommates bathroom and get from them, If my roommates are home, I will yell for them to bring me some.
