    Sleeping Problems Empty Sleeping Problems

Post by Tony Marino Wed Jan 09, 2013 2:14 pm

I don't have insomnia, I do find it hard to fall asleep sometimes and I do find myself waking up in the middle of the night and finding it hard to get back to sleep either because I am simply not tired or have too much on my mind.

I am lucky, I appreciate a lot of people are a lot worse off but do you suffer from any kind of sleeping problems or disorders?

I rarely wake up in the night, and even rarer can't go back to sleep after I do. And having things on my mind have never stopped me from sleeping. Usually my problem is not being able to get to sleep, not being able to get comfortable enough TO sleep, that kind of stuff.

I can recall times when I would wake up in the middle of the night and could not go back to sleep so I would go down and play with the cat (when I had one) for awhile and then fall asleep on the floor LOL

many shift/night workers like myself have insomnia. I have suffered such bad insomnia (usually when living with other ppl--because they are making noise and banging things when im trying to sleep).

I have used many many drugs over the years... guess what the best remedy for me was? living alone LOL without any pets that could wake me up too. my cat now loves to walk all over me when im sleeping. it sux

I usually wake up once in the night, and sometimes have nights where I awake every hour. I think it's an age-and-hormone-thing, though; got sent into menopause about 10 years earlier than I naturally should have entered it.

Nope. I won't wake up unless something wakes me up.

Occasionally. My biggest problem is timing my sleep. If I go to bed before midnight, I'm finding that I'll wake up at three and four in the morning, and won't be able to get back to sleep. If I randomly fall asleep, I may be out for eight hours, but the most I can plot is six. So I almost have to force myself having to stay up until around twelve thirty to one in the morning, so I can be up at eight.
