I don't download either music or movies. My cousin is an aspiring screenwriter and he has told me about that screenwriters make some of their living from royalties from DVD, Blu-Ray, digital downloads etc and he has told me usually some screenplays are sheleved for years before production and the writing time of screenplay varies. I think it is fair to pay for something that some people might have really put their hearts into it.
