Which do you prefer?
As far as I'm concerned, sugar is the way to go, I'd never touch something that promises 0 grams of sugar but has that aspartame crap in it, or Nutrasweet or Splenda or sweet-n-low or whatever. I don't trust it, and you can tell; and some people are very sensitive to those sweeteners, my mother can NOT drink anything diet because it leaves an AWFUL aftertaste for her that sugar does not. And since it's supposed to be sweet, that's the whole point, it shouldn't BE leaving an aftertaste, certainly not an unpleasant one.
