| Bush signed the NO CHILD LEFT BEHIND act into law in 2002, targeted at public schools to ensure it's students become more efficient in reading and math. This of course meant developing new tests, testing methods, etc. Last year Obama extended it, but supposedly made radical changes to it to make it more flexible and fair. What's your opinion of NCLB? | |

| It was one of the worst ideas ever to enter the public school because the effect became punish the faster students who can get the curriculum and hold them as far back so they're in league with the snails of the classroom. | |
