    Provided they have a high fence surrounding their yard, do you feel residents should be allowed to be nude in their backyard without the threat of an indecent exposure charge?

    I think providing they've got something around their yard so it's not inviting the public for a free show, sure I think they ought to be able to, its their own private property.

    Before we got our nude beach here, the nudist club had pool parties in members backyards (as well as nude sailing trips).

    As long as you have a reasonable fence so you can't be seen by ppl on the street you're covered - well, not covered but legal. But this is Miami Beach, not backwater Alabama or somewhere.
