I say totally, probably too much. IRL I say, "huh." when I don't know what else to say and I don't really agree with what the person is saying or am not interested.

Come to think of it I don't think I actually have any words I actually use repeatedly. Because I'd get annoyed if I did. That's actually one of the most irritating things people can do. How many times do you have to actually use one word?

Actually, I have the same problem. 5. When I'm impatient about something: "Just get to the goddamned ______."

I try to proof-read to catch it too. I can be really bad about it sometimes.
