Are you a sleep sweater?

I woke up this morning and was sweating up a storm. I looked at the thermostat and it was at 77 degrees so that's why. It's winter but no need to bake.

I sweat way too darn much.

Sometimes I sweat, but I keep myself buried under heavy blankets.

Sometimes. If my wife has the heat turned up too high, I can wake up in a little sweat. It's the artificial rise in body temp that wakes me up too early. Our bodies have an internal clock that regulates our sleep cycle and when our temp lowers it helps signal the body that “it’s time to go to sleep” and when that temp rises it’s the signal to wake up.

I am not, so on the very rare occasion I do get sweaty, it wakes me up.

Only if I don't turn down the heat in my room before I go to bed. I love lots of covers so at night, I turn the heat right down. Sometimes I'll even open the window a crack.

Yes I sweat during the night especially if its hot in my room. If I have too many blankets on I sweat so I usually only use one blanket and keep the term down to like 66-68.
