Thoughts?

I don't really get why Paul Newman's on the list, I know he was a great actor and he raced cars, but what exactly makes him so iconic?

Maybe he sold more salad dressing than we think. Honestly, I would rearrange most of that list. It's not so much the names as it is the order.

Indeed, Michael Jackson should be #1 on the list. Reminds me of when VH1 had their show about 100 top pop icons, Michael Jackson was in the top 10, like 7 or so, but Oprah was #1 and I was like 'what the hell?' She's a talk show host, woo wee, he's the most famous person in the world, he should've been at #1.

I agree about the order. An argument could be made for Elvis & MJ to be almost interchangeable at #'s 1 & 2. But no way should Michael Jackson be at #5.
