Do you think it's ethical for corporations to recruit inexperienced family members as employees? I don't think it matters when it comes to small businesses, but I have a problem with CEOs of places like AT&T and Microsoft hiring their 18 year olds....

Yeah - it can be an issue. It's one thing if it's a small, family-run business but when you're giving an under qualified relative a break, over someone with the right qualifications, then it can be an issue.

It's not as bad as when it's done in the government and taxpayers have to pay those people.
