| whenever I push enter instead of making a new paragraph, it does nothing where I am typing but a window comes up to edit my balance between performance and battery life? Anyone have any ideas? The twins were banging on my keyboard and now this is what is happening. | |

| Sounds like a command or function key is stuck. Probably not the plastic key itself, but the part beneath it.
What type of computer are you using?

It is a Toshiba Satellite with Windows Vista I have the same laptop. He's right, those keys do get stuck from time to time. I've had to pop off the keys a few times to unstick 'em.
