Do you regularly update your resume? Some people don't touch their resumes unless they switch employment, while other people will update their resume every time they do something different at their current job. How about you?

Resumes are only used while searching a job, so I would wait until the time I needed it. (Actually, right before I needed it so I could sneak copies at work).
But, I have never really done a professional resume. Most of my jobs I just go in and fill out an application. Especially now, since I doubt I will be looking for any kind of career position (I'm already receiving Social Security - but not enuf to stop working or I would have already left this crappy job I'm stuck at)

LOL, I haven't touched mine in about 2 yrs. And I basically won't unless I'm in the market to switch jobs/careers.

Same here.
It's very easy to forget about it, seems every time I touch it I'm half surprised by how outdated it is.
