    Nice remembrance there Tony, the interior of the ship was gorgeous. Puts me in the mood to see the movie again…or at the very least hear that Celine Dion song (too bad I'm at work, and can't play it.)

    I never saw that movie, I saw the original with Barbara Stanwyck, good movie, great effects, loved Thelma Ritter in it.

    The pictures of it at the bottom of the ocean always give me a slight chill. Very haunting.

    I saw the Barbara Stanwyck movie as a kid and remember it being very good. The James Cameron version is a masterpiece too!

    The horror of that whole ordeal is so unnerving. I can't imagine the terror those passengers must have felt as the ship was going down and being engulfed with water.

    Then being in the dark in that Icy water knowing your life would be over very soon, I can't even begin to imagine the terror they felt.
