What's your opinion of neighborhood associations; and do you think they have the right to decide who they want living on their block, or to try and get rid of a certain home owner in their midst?

I don't think I could live in a community with a HoA without getting arrested at some point.

Just another way for groups to clique with each other. Take away the gossip element and there's not much left to those "neighborhood associations" and "tenants meetings."
