famous foods? no not really, an yes there would just be a few, we have a good local mexican, chinese, and greek (think this ones local) restaurant here.

I'm a vegetarian - my region is not famous for vegetarian foods.
Paella (a rice and meat dish)
Lechon (suckling pig - yeah the whole little pig cooked)
Arroz con Frijoles Negras (can be made sin chorizos and vegetarian)

^^^ Yeah, what he said. We're known for our pizza though. Local pizza joint here is better than any chain pizza restaurants for the most part.
