It doesn't make sense to me that Marty would take refuge at Todd's place. Not only is Todd the uncle of the baby she kidnapped, but Todd being Todd is going to attract a lot of police attention.

The police attention already started before he even knew she was there. This is so Johnny can arrest Todd after they catch Marty and charge him with aiding a Criminal.

It really is a stupid plot point, given how much Marty hates Todd and that her own son tried to murder the guy and got away with it. I'm sure Nora will try and charge Todd with rape just for looking at Marty. It's all so stupid and forced.

UGH - yeah! He'll be crashing through Todd's window and assaulting him and then Nora will trump up charges and arrest Todd. Marty's acting too crazy for me to feel anything but loathing and disgust for her. John can have her - they deserve each other.

I think it's a plot to get John to arrest Todd too, and when he's in custody the whole RH/TM thing will probably collide with it.

Yeah - we've gone several months without JohnnyBoy arresting Todd - time for him to get out the cuffs and harass Todd.
