The last time you drove out of city/state, where did you go? Are you planning any road trips in the foreseeable future?

Now that's a laugh, I've never BEEN on one.

I have traveled by rail or bus more recently, but the last actual road trip I took was in 2005.

The whole macabre family went to Tampa Florida to see an exhibit of dead bodies and I rented an SUV to drive there.

Drove to Salem Massachusetts, had a great time!

I think the last road trip I took was to Cedar Point, like 5 or 6 years ago. For the most part I can't tolerate driving long distances.....I'd rather fly.

I wouldn't call it a road trip but by the parameters Chris has set it was to Staten Island over the winter. The last trip I can remember when we got in the car and drove someplace we hadn't planned specifically to go to was Lehighton, PA about 5-6 years ago.

Last road trip? Aww man. I think the Delaware Water Gap last year.

Well, the last road trip was May to Illinois. It was great.

But I have always defined "road trip" as the fancy free, come what may type trip. And that for me last happened when I was 21, and my high school best friend and I drove to Atlanta to see another mutual friend. We tired of her lack of hospitality and ended up in Nashville. That was such an excellent time.
