We get the gallon jugs so it's a matter of drinking from the jug, or any other bottle...if it's something we all drink, hell no, that in fact is why my father has a separate jug from the rest of us...but things only I drink like MY flavor of Gatorade, yeah.

Nah, I always have a supply of paper cups handy so I don't have to worry about washing out the glass.

Not milk but sometimes I'll take a swig of Pepsi from the bottle. No backwash though.

I always pour my wine from the carton into a glass. 
Actually, I live alone and the only carton is a gallon milk jug which I could drink from but it is awkward so I still use a cup or glass.

There are certain things I buy that are for ME and ME only. Orange juice is one of them, and yes sometime I do guzzle from the carton (but usually when there's less than 1/2 of it left and I'm drinking the remainder).
