Yes. Somebody does something stupid, puts it up on Youtube, it gets 5 million views and some moron decides to do a sequel.

Yes - it does make them more likely to do stupid things and no they shouldn't have that ability on their phones/cameras, etc.

Absolutely. My daughter has a cell phone, but hers doesn't have video capabilities. It's not necessary. All it does is prompt people to be a little more exploitative at the spur of the moment–particularly teenagers and young twenty somethings.

Probably. A basic cell phone for tweens and teens should suffice. Ain't no way in hell would I buy my kid a Blackberry or iPhone. He/she is going to have to get it themselves.
