A severe one? Hardly ever. I try not ever use them and if I do, it's usually in response to pain/frustration, and usually as muffled under my breath as possible. If possible, I use cleaner substitutes.

Yeah, I'm about 50 miles west of Boston, too, and whenever I have to go into the city, I have to leave 2 hours prior to my appointment time due to all the traffic. Luckily, I don't go there on a regular basis, so it's not a big deal. I just plug my Ipod into the truck radio and swear my little brains out at all the morons trying to change lanes inside the Prudential Tunnel at the end of the Pike. *Facepalm*

Haha. I'm in Boston a lot, and it's always a nightmare trying to get in. I'm not on the Pike, though, but 95/93. Less cursing than on the Pike, but recently there was that low-speed car chase that fucked EVERYTHING up.

I usually cut right through Chinatown then through the Common, and always get stuck behind the live chicken delivery truck for the King Fung Garden on Kneeland St. LOL

A few times a day a co-worker will hear me honestly express my displeasure but I try to curtail my colorful language there.
Fortunately I have a six-mile bike ride home in Miami traffic - where I cannot count the ways I express my affection for these fucking, socipathic assholes in cars all around me.
