    No, I seldom weigh myself. For one thing, if you start working out you may shape up at the same time you gain wt. (muscle weighs more than fat).

    So, I just watch my belly fat to see how I'm doing.

    I get weighed every time I got to the doctor unfortunately. I dread those appointments solely because of that.
