Butterfinger is the most overrated and Turtles is the most underrated.

Hershey is VERY orverrated, good ones like Heath and Caramello are terribly underrated.

Overrated:
- Butterfinger (I despise this candy bar.)
- Snickers (too busy and thick, with too many flavors competing against each other.)
- Heath (I just don't like toffee in my candy bar. I spend more time working out of my teeth than eating it.)
Underrated:
- Twix
- 100 Grand (nice crunch and caramel mix.)
- Reese's
- Mr. Good bar (so simple and so good.)

Overrated for me is Three Musketeers, I can never get any satisfaction from it for some reason
