Accident on Dark Knight Rises set: Catwoman stunt double crashes motorcycle into camera

This was a funny one to come across:

Though in my opinion, that's nothing. Now in 1924 Buster Keaton in Sherlock Jr. pulled off a VERY tricky stunt, riding on the handlebars of a driver-less motorcycle; he had to act like he had no idea the driver fell off, but he also had to steer from where he was perched on the handlebars. And in the book Buster Keaton's Sherlock Jr by Andrew Horton it was explained during that shooting 'he knocked down both cameras, the director, and collided with a car'.
