Most of them, to me, are just death-wishes. And I'm not impressed by the few with extraordinary lack of fear. Recently on TV I watched this young man who mountain climbs without oxygen OR safety gear ~ just hands and feet. It was mind-boggling to watch him, but I can't say I admired it. Although the lack of fear of heights could come in handy.

depends on what you call extreme... bungee jumping i loved... but climbing mt everest in freezing snow to the point u cant breathe is crazy
