I eat fruit almost everyday. Maybe 2 or 3 servings. I eat bananas a lot.

I don't eat nearly the amount of fruit that I should. Don't know why ~ I certainly like them enough. I ate an orange night before last, and no fruit at all yesterday.

Sometimes I go on fruit binges and eat a lot of it all in one or two days.
