The best Italian food in New York City, it would be family owned and the chef would be a family member and the restaurant would bear my name.

I can bake really well so I'd prob. open up a pastry shop/cakemaker type of thing.

I would open a steakhouse bar and grill. I don't know what I'd name it, maybe something like "The Meatery".

A mixture of everything I like: Good Italian, Chinese, Japanese, Country, food, and good hoagie's and pizza. Plus Italian ice! 
And lots of new stuff being added all the time. 
I'd call it: JJ's Diner!

I would open a gigantic restaurant where foods from various ethnic & cultural groups (chinese/cantonese/japanese, italian, french, arab, mediterranean, african, mexican, swiss, etc.) are presented buffet style. I would call it "Melting Pot".

I would open a place like Moto in Chicago. They specialize in Molecular Gastronomy. That clip really only shows their dessert but they do a lot of amazing things with food, taste and science.
