George Michael's version definitely. Limp Bizkit I still suspect were trying to mock rather cover it.

I think Don Henley's original is better, but I do like the Atari's cover.

I like Al and his cover was cool, but I'll definitely take the original.

^ I never heard his cover of that song. Meh. I'll take the original too....

Al was a complete cliche of very late 80s/very early 90s "Quiet storm R&B". Way too melodramatic....way too "smooth"....
He was almost a caricature. His cover of "Killing Me Softly" was laughably dramatic too.

Yeah, traditional New Jack Swing artist. "In Effect Mode" was nice though.

The original has much more 'bite' to it, but Michael Bublé's cover is nice.

Both are trite as hell, but I'm siding with the original cheese rock ballad by Bad English. It has much more nostalgia about it. The Uncle Sam cover is completely unremarkable and disposable.

    Like a Rolling Stone

    Bob Dylan

    The Rolling Stones

I love both versions but, I enjoy Bob Dylan's version a tiny bit more.

Love both versions a lot, but Fleetwood Mac's version is better.

I love both.....I think Avant and Keke did the song justice, but I'll go with the original for nostalgic purposes.....

Terrance wins. Sheryl's isn't awful, but it lacks the raw energy of the original.
