    What means sleeping in as far as you're concerned?

    With me, if I'm still asleep around 8 o' clock, that is sleeping in, VERY different compared to how I used to sleep a few years ago.

    Sleeping late to me is about 1pm-2pm. I usually go to bed at 6am.

    Since I have to be up everyday by 7 or be at work by 7, I consider sleeping in 8 or 9. 10 does happen but unlikely.

    I am with Supernova if I sleep until 8 am that is indeed sleeping in!!

    If i ever had to be up at 8am i would die! LOL

    I used to work days and every single day i had to drag myself out of bed. It sucked--- always been a night person

    8:00 is good for me, I usually wake up about 5 or 6 and try to get back to sleep, if I make it to 7:00 I get up. So sleeping till 8:00 is a real pleasure for me. As I get older I find I need less and less sleep.

    I got up at 7:30 this morning and consider I slept in.

    Yesterday I was up at 6 and out running by 7 then workout in the gym. After a ride into DC and walking too much on the National Mall as usual I may have overdone it, why I slept in this morning.

    Well, gotta go - Carpe Diem!

    It depends. If I am up really late, then I will get up during the nine o' clock hour. Weekends only, of course. On week days, I am up by six, no matter how late I am up.
