That's a tough call. I don't know and I don't know that anyone can say for certain unless they're actually facing that situation.

I raised an ADHD child and, yes, I gave her Cylert. I wouldn't say it particularly altered her personality by any means but it certainly helped her tremendously.

Is the behavior controllable by other means? If out of control, they have meds that don't change personality, just control the psychosis or depression or whatever.
