Yes, in fact I just realized that it's a problem

Not really, most of the time, anyway. Occasionally when I've been down, I've turned to emotional eating, but for the most part, it's not because I feel hungry or anything, just that I'm craving certain foods. Right now, I'm not that hungry but that's because I have a really bad cold, not because I'm down or anything.

When I am upset, I don't like to eat. But when I feel bored, watching tv, I tend to want snacks and need to watch that.
