I have only had about 3 relationships and they always ended because of internal conflict, not being drawn by anyone outside that relationship.
That's not counting my ongoing sexual fling with "Mrs. R" that she ended shortly after I enquired about the availability of her very attractive daughter .

Me? No, but it is a hell of a lot better idea than staying in one relationship and cheating on them with someone else.

But it probably did appear to outsiders that I did. I was in a relationship that I wasn't happy in, but I didn't want to hurt the person and I was a coward. I didn't want to own up to my own responsibility to him. So I started a relationship with a new person, got strength from THAT new relationship and courage, left my boyfriend and then shortly after that broke up with the new guy too.
I was terrified of conflict when I was younger and I regret handling it that way because I'm sure it hurt more than had I been able to break up with him the "right way".
