I don't do drama so it would depend on the person. There's no point in talking if they're going to go drama llama on me. Usually if it's reached that point we probably both already realize it. Unless they're done some real damage I try to be civil.

I can't recall one that ended because one of us pissed the other one off. Usually we just drift apart.

I told them straight out that its not going to work out as friends and peace be with you and good luck in life.

I told person directly what the issue was, and said I don't hate or dislike you, we just need to go separate ways.

I tend to drift from the person and hope they get the message. At that point, I feel I've been done wrong by that person and don't particularly care if they feel wronged.
