Lost

Anyone watch Lost? The final season starts tonight. The commercial for it looks good. Makes me wish I had bothered to watch the others season. I watched about half of season one, then stopped.

Lost is the most overblown spectacle in the history of TV, but surprisingly lives up to the hype.

Didnt watch much last season but before that I was obsessed with it.
Gonna watch the new season for sure though.

I watched every season but mid way last season I stopped watching when they started going back and forth in time. I watched it last night, it was pretty good.

I never miss Lost. It's my favorite show. I think Jacob is Aaron from the future.

Here is how the show concludes, the final episode:
















Jack, Kate, Echo, Boone every character in the series dead or alive all convirge on the beach. They dig up Locke who suddenly wakes up alive and well. Locke has figured everything out while dead. He starts to explain everything but cannot speak he must have a drink of water from the temple. Jack, Michael, Ana Lucia, and Desmond head out to get the water. Ana Lucia and Michael turn to face the smoke monster and are consumed by it. Jack and Desmond escape. Jack brings the flask of water to Locke who drinks it and falls asleep, everyone is unable to wake him. Jacob shows up and states they must put Benjamin Linus in a pit that happens to hold several Polar Bears in order to wake Locke up. People have a problem with this except for Hugo who is convinced by Libby that he is the only one who can accomplish the task. Hugo grabs Benjamin Linus and throws him into the pit where he disappears. As soon as Linus disappears Locke wakes up and tells everyone he understands their purpose and why everything has happened. "The purpose of this island, the reason it exists is..."


A man wakes up on the plane who had fallen asleep in the first episode of the first season. "Wow I just had the craziest dream"

Black Screen with Lost coming out of it, followed by "The End"

Wow!!! Is this forreal. The whole series turns out to be a random passengers dream? That ending is soooo St. Elsewhere.

Wasn't a surprise ending to me. I was saying all along they were dead.

I really don't get the idea that they were "all dead."

The ending made it very clear; the island was real and they were really alive when they crashed there. What was "purgatory" wasn't the island, but the ALT. And they all went there after they died. Some died(as was said), onscreen. Others died long after the Ajira plane left the island.(ie Sawyer and Kate, or Hurley and Ben who were suggested to have lived a long time as the new "Jacob and Richard.")

So I don't feel it was an easy out or that they said that they were dead all along.
