    With so many negative stories out there, I had to share this story that I saw on the news. Wish there were more kids like that. These kids restore my hope in a year that has left me pretty jaded when it comes to kids this age. What an awesome thing they were doing. I was confused at first how they were handling the run but it seems that each kid is taking turns running about 8 km a day, for a total of 42 kms on a day. Pretty neat story and what an awesome exapmle they are setting!!

    Good on them. Always nice to hear when people, particularly kids, go out of their way to help when they don't have to.

    Yeah - it's jsut nice to see kids doing something positive. Smile And they reached their goal, too. I checked back. What an awesome experience and so great of the parents to take it on and organize it all, rather than telling the kid to donate his birthday money.
