I think laying off carbs would probably be more effective than wearing circulating-blocking spandex that claims to burn fat.

Notice how the models in the ad do not need to burn fat. Why didn't they put those on some 300 pound ppl?
Just another sham product to make fat lazy ppl wish they could look like those models without putting some sweat and hunger into it. If pills/spandex/miracle-no-sweat-methods really worked we would not have the amount of obesity we have in our culture.
