Re: Your first horror film.
IDK if I saw The Blob in theater, but it was about the first scary movie I remember.
House on Haunted Hill, I saw in theater but I was older and it didn't scare me that much.
I was quite young when seeing War of the Worlds and that was real scary.

Re: Your first horror film.
The first real horror films that I watched in the movies were a double feature (remember those, LOL) Carrie and Burnt Offerings circa 1976. I will admit, I was truly scared by both.

I think it was The Bat
I was 2 years old, and it scared me as a kid but it wasn't until I was about 6 I think that I actually started having nightmares from it.

I'm pretty sure it was Creep Show. I can barely remember it now.

Re: Your first horror film.
I really can't remeber the first. Candidates are the afore mentioned House On Haunted Hill, It Came From Outer Space, Them, Attack of the Killer Shrews, Attack of the Giant Leeches, The Giant Claw, The Indestructible Man, It! The Terror from Beyond Space, The Crawling Eye. Bunch of others

Re: Your first horror film.
House on Haunted Hill, if The Bat was not my first horror movie THIS was definitely it. I loved that one too. Third was the Blob because we didn't originally have that one on tape like the others, we first caught it on TV later on.
