I don't think so. I think there are plenty of things people could be filmed or photographed doing with their clothes on that are pornographic.

No. If you ask me graphic & grotesque blood and gore is as "pornographic" as sex and nudity is.

Anyhow, 'pornography' in its literal sense originates as the stories of prostitutes. Now those stories more than likely involved nudity.
So, are we talking visual porn where we see naked ppl engaged in various sexual endeavors or are we including the written, spoken porn (Which I have several instances on Literotica.com).
I wrote one, "The Panties" which is a piece that does not rely on actual nude body, but the fetish proxy that covers that body. Still it involves indirectly a reference to the nude body.
