When you were a kid, did your parents attend parent/teacher conferences? If so, did your teacher ever divulge something about your classroom behavior to your parents that angered them?

Yes and no. Which I was quite surprised. I thought my 4th grade teacher would've went in on me. I was quite the little smart mouth in his class. After the meeting, I thought, wow, this dude's alright.

My mother left several conferences in tears. I was ADD, which wasn't recognized then, and the frustrating thing for the teachers is that they all knew I had potential but no attention span. On the other hand I could hyper-focus if something interested me enough.

Yes and no. My grades were always decent, the only thing I recall my parents hearing from teachers was that my attendance wasn't great, but they knew that.
