| If its just a sandwich then no but a full course meal then yes. Sometimes I eat a bagel while driving but I am very cautious. | |

| I don't think so...although I personally never do it. I'll drink and drive, but I never eat and drive. Unless I'm totally famished. It's still rare though. | |

| There's so many laws on the books now that are over kill. Careless driving covers most of it. I've grabbed a few fries out of the bag on my way home but I'm waiting until I get home before I grab the Whopper. The burger anyway. | |
